These are easy to chew and swallow. These gummies are palatable. They are sweet (a berry flavor of some sort). They do have an unusual aspect to the taste - not unpleasant - just unusual.

it seems like a good value because of amount you get but read closely. you have to take three of these a day to get your balance of vitamins out of them . and it's not clear if that should be take 1 three times a day? or take all 3 once a day? and I'm just not sure I feel the effects of the vitamin compared to the one in pill form I'm used to taking. they did get taste right! and be careful if you have kids around. these puppies taste just like a piece of candy. over all not that impressed.

These are lacking in some vitamins, A totally and they only supply 10% of the RDA of calcium and uneven amounts of B vitamins. No iron, some choline and other trace minerals, 100% RDA of C. I would not buy them again as a multivitamin.

Ok. So what!? I have this big plastic Jar of Gummie. Singular. Not plural as in gummies. Seriously! I have to use a fork and butter knife to break the thing apart to get the individual ones. So yeah. It's like that. Not appropriate at all. imagine having arthritis in your fingers and having to do thins. Other then that it's all fine.
