I use Biotin daily and it has really helped my hair to grow faster and quicker. I have had long hair for most of my life and as I was getting older, my hair was thinning. I have used Biotin now for a few years and it has been a welcome and amazing change. My hair is thicker and even my daughter says that no one she knows has hair that grows as fast as mine. So happy that I started taking this Biotin. It's easy on my finicky stomach as well.

It's a little pricey, but it was effective, so I'll buy it again. The effects before and after taking it vary from person to person, but for me, my hair and nails are shiny and strong about a month after I started taking it.

I can't really speak on the results of yet it's supposed to take about 30 days to see the difference in your hair and nails.
