These magnesium softgels fulfill my needs for my daily supplement but are a little larger than I'm used to taking but I'm adjusting very well. I recommend.them because they're easier to swallow than the pills. I don't have to worry about them disolving in my mouth before I can swallow them.

Love nature made!
It's hard to find this mg so I ordered online! The capsules are larger than I thought. For me, who sometimes has issues with swallowing ,they go down easily!

Best caplet for delivering 400mg Mg !
Magnesium is a super mineral and can help with OCCASIONAL constipation...too much and you'll get diarrhea so be careful 🧐 😉 %26 reduce the dosage!!!

Very disappointed, out of date product
Very disappointed, I purchased 2 bottles of this last month and both bottles are dated February 2023, so they have expired, I had to trash them, so do not buy from this seller, they do not check their stock before shipping.

Strong amoniaco smell.
I purchased 2 bottles one for me and one for my mother but when I opened my bottle it had a very strong amoniaco smell. I immediately called my mother and asked her to smell her's and it was the same smell. I wont be using these.
