I look forward to taking these at night bc they taste so good! At 100 mg per serving, they offer a low dose of Mg that my body needs. They help me relax in the evenings & get a better night's sleep than before I started taking them. I would definitely recommend these.

These are the best tasting gummy Ive had so far. They work just as well as the capsules which are big and hard to swallow. Only complaint I have is they are not always in stock at the store, so either I go without taking them for a few days or have to order.

I'm not normally a gummy vitamin fan but these were actually pretty good! My dentist actually told me I needed to add some Magnesium into my diet, so this was PERFECT. They taste fine, pretty much how you think a gummy would taste and have the same consistency as normal. They're not super huge and they chew up easily! I'll continue using these!

These High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate Gummies are from Nature Made an easy way to ingest your daily vitamins. In general, Magnesium Glycinate supports your muscles, bones, and heart health. You are supposed to take two a day. The gummies are purple and a flat gumdrop shape. They aren't the chewy kind of gummies. They are super soft and very easy to bite through. The berry flavor is pretty good- it's slightly sour.

My husband's physician suggested that he try this product for better sleep. He was very clear that he was to use THIS product, no other brand. He's used it now for a few months, along with other non-addicting products and he is beginning to sleep better, so that's a plus. We've taken only Nature Made vitamins for over 20 years, since our primary care physician had told us to only take that specific vitamin product. We like that it frequently goes on sale as BOGO (free or the second 50% off) as all vitamins are pricey. Bought these for a long time, they used to be awesome. I stocked up on two fresh bottles to find out the formula has changed. They taste absolutely terrible, almost inedible. I'm questioning if they are contaminated they taste so terrible. I'll never buy again and will be returning what I have.
