Nature Made Maximum strength Vit D3 (250 micrograms) Softgel keeps my blood levels at therapeutic levels per routine labs. My primary care physician says working to maintain therapeutic levels. Difficult to find the 10000 IU (250 mcg) most places, find it at Walmart.

Beautiful however, not enough sunshine and come to find out I was really low on Vitamin D. Doctor recommended a supplement and I tried some gummy type supplements, but they didn't really bring the level up to what I needed. Tried this supplement and low and behold my level is more normal and where it should be. Thanks so much for making a small, easy to swallow supplement!

If not, like me, I did not really feel or see any differences in my body. It's not a bad thing to take the supplement, but personally I did It notice any effects.

The item I ordered with this fell apart 10 seconds after opening the box. I'm so disgusted. I'm returning this unopened item too.
