Nature Made Multi Vitamin For Women Tablets, Womens Multivitamin for Nutritional Support, 250 Ct

I really like this multivitamin because it doesn't have outrageously high doses of everything, especially the B vitamins (that the body can't absorb anyway). Other brands make me feel like I'm wasting money and not getting the nutritional help I'm looking for. Absolutely recommend for women who want a little extra help getting those vitamins in.

I liked this product and when you do your research you'll see this brand is top rated. My one concern is the lack of iron in the 50 product. I am a “gym rat” and I am careful with products… I noticed my fingernails developing ridges and I knew it was lack of iron. I switched back to Nature Made Women's (not 50 ) and my nails soon smoothed out again. I now mix the women's vitamins 4 days a week and add 50 the remaining 3. This ratio created the balance I needed.

I like that they're usp certified. They make me nauseous even when I take them with food which is the reason for 4 stars. I actually think that my hair is growing faster since I started taking these vitamins.

I wasn't counting on them being the uncoated type of tablets and they have a rough taste and smell of your breath. It's not that pleasant actually.

This product gave me bad heartburt and the taste is awful. Please read the negative about multi vitamins and talk to your Dr. i read what multi vitamins can do to a person. A Big No For Me.
