These vitamins have everything you need during pregnancy and I love the included choline. I chose these vitamins over others because of that. My first package was great no smell no taste was easy to take. My second package the prenatals do have a smell this time but still able to take them fairly easy. These give me peace of mind that I'm covering all the vitamins I need during my pregnancy.

This combo pack of Prenatal Choline has a lot of good vitamins (and percentages of those vitamins) needed for pregnancy. I started taking these 3 months before trying to conceive, and still take them every day (3 months pregnant now). I looked at a lot of different brands, and this one had the best ingredients for what I wanted / what is recommended. The only thing I dislike about them is the orange "scent." It was fine at first, but during the first trimester, the taste / smell became almost unbearable (had to plug my nose to take them and gagged sometimes still). I wish it either had a different scent or none at all. Other than that issue though, these are really good and I definitely recommend them if looking for a good prenatal option.
