Seems effective for rheumatoid arthritis
Taking for arthritis pain, started 1 a day then at end of week 2 twice a day. After 2 weeks pain in half. Neighbor who is a scientist recommended it for 1 month 1 a day, so far so good.

We get this turmeric because it doesn't leave an after taste and seems to work well for pain.
