Vitamin B12
I've been taking one a day since 2018 but it was recommended by my doctor! I would NEVER recommend to someone else because it's different for every person and I think medical doctors are the ones who should recommend!

Some vitamins do help!
Being an octogenarian, my body does not absorb vitamin B as readily as it did when I was a young man. My primary physician prescribed B12 a few years ago and I take it daily, I really think it's helped.

You swallow them with liquid so there is no real taste. Small enough to swallow comfortably Only time will tell if supplements help your body, I have been taking them for years and I have had no ill affects.

This product it's no good whatsoever. I'll give it to zero with all the ingredients. It has why people cannot understand. The labels read the ingredients. It's bad it does not give you Any benefits
