Best B Complex I have ever taken. I was hesitant because of the b12 mix but wasnt an issue after all. At 230 pounds I take half a dose because a full dose keeps me up all night. Thats some powerful stuff.

This product exceeds my expectations..it helps boost energy level, without causing insomnia..also low in sugar…the taste is not delicious … it is tolerable, i'd drink something afterwards…

I have experienced very good results with this product. The nerve in my feet no longer irritate me and I feel stronger. I recommend this B complex to everyone of all ages.

I wanted to take this particular vitamin to make sure I had enough of the B vitamins. I have blood work done regularly and don't want anything I can manage to come up low. And...I am never low on the B vitamins. One less thing the Dr and I need to discuss. Excellent choice for my needs.

This is a good product that I’ve ordered multiple times. My only issue is the very poor packaging. Everytime I’ve received this item I have to either return it or find a replacement cap that is broken due to the poor packaging. Please package this better! It’s not that difficult!

As like everything else out there this product is very expensive at Walmart. You can find it cheaper for the same amount of fluid once's at Sprouts even less when they have their vitamin sale.

I'm sorry to leave a bad review but i bought this for my husband. I read several reviews before buying this item. I thought it would really help him. As soon as he took it he threw up. I smelled it and it did not smell good at all. I emptied it and threw away the empty bottle. It may help others but it was not helpful for us. I thought the price and the amount of liquid in the bottle was good and fair . The taste and smell however are terrible.
