Quality vitamins without minerals
Some minerals interact with medications making them unacceptable for some people to use. These multi-vitamins are a pleasant exception.

So grateful to have found this.
I don't like vitamins with minerals. I get twitching, when I take mineral supplements. A neurologist told me that the twitching is because I'm getting toxicity from mineral accumulation in my body. I particularly get twitching from potassium and selenium. I think other minerals do it to me also. I don't like that the content of this product is not exactly 100% of the recommended daily allowance of each vitamin. Some of the vitamins are higher than 100%. I don't really like taking megadoses. Still it's not much over — just a bit. Nevertheless, I do find that it's enough to make me less depressed and higher energy.

No Mineral Vitamins
My husband and I really get an unset stomach when we take a vitamin with minerals. It is so so hard to find a multi-type vitamin that does not have any minerals..So we were so happy when we found your website and that you ordered this brand. And ii is a great value for the price.
