Excess water and toxin removal
I used this as Lymph Node cleanse and for water retention. I have severe lymph blockages and this gently and lightly helped remove the excess water with no side effects. I felt lighter and more energy afterwards.

it seems to help for detoxing lymphatic system. i would just caution people to use it sparingly, for short periods of time.

I have taken cleavers on and off for a few years. Both capsule or tincture form. The tincture under your tongue gets in your system faster.
