One thing I noticed right off the bat was that this product causes a very strong urine color. I suppose that means that it's working. Last week I had to pay my doctor a visit. The A/C in that building is always cranked up all the way, and I always get a sore throat and I can't get warm. I'm usually cold-natured. Those symptoms usually go away after 3 or 4 days. Best Naturals does not contain any crazy filler, or much of it but there is some there, if that is a concern. I feel that the Potency is top notch as well, as i could still tell that i was taking it after a weekly regimen of bulk powder. The recommended dose of 1 capsule is quite small is actual size and packs a lot of punch. The packaging and labeling are all great. High Quality supplement all around. 8/10 would recommend.
