I recommend this product because it's doing what it's supposed to do in helping my lungs get rid of gunk and is nice that it has a mild sedative effect nothing crazy, gently helps me get to sleep cuz of that effect which is great!!

I am not one for taking medicine and went searching for relief of my COPD, and not getting enough air. I started using Mullein leaf because of the natural ingredients to see if it would help. Third day out I coughed up a lot of mucus from my lungs and notice the tightness in my chest had eased up. I am. Herbal person and many doctors have the idea a pill for everything regardless of the side effects on the patient. Before using Mullen I had 3 inhalers and was still out of breath. Even through the amount of Mullen Leaf tablets once a day was easy to swallow and I feel much better. I will continue to use until my next appointment to my doctor. To see if there is any change in my respiratory. I will come back with a review within a month. Can't hurt to try. No side effects, easy to swallow and enough to last two months.

This particular product is in capsule form and easy enough to swallow. Since we now live in CovidWorld, this product is quite the benefit. For aiding respiratory wellness, Mullein Leaf is a very good choice. I have been using it for short a while, as a preventative measure to strengthen my lungs. It would seem if a cold is on its way, this would be a great help. Mullein Leaf is used for lots of things, such as skin and digestion. Glad I found this product and after using for a few months will give another review, if possible.

I have asthma and want to do anything possible to help. Too early to know if it works well or not so I gave it a mid-line rating.

I took the Mullein Capsules for a few weeks and with allergy season being so bad for me I was hoping that is would loosen the mucus and allow it to get lose enough that I could cough out everything that I am having a hard time getting up. I am normally on an inhaler when needed to loosen everything up. I really did not notice a whole lot of difference while taking the capsules. So unfortunately I had to go back on my inhalers and give up the Mullein. I do know a few people that take this and swear by it but for me it really did not help.

Made my breathe smells so bad !
