These I am taking because of low protein it is actually working and my protein has increased. They don't taste that bad ether. So I am very happy with my purchase

Something I cant do without. I highly recommend these for a great source of protein. My nutritionist even takes them after I recommended them

Easy to break in half and swallow. WAY faster than powders or spending your last $10 on eggs. The dosage is 6 (six) pills though. If you have ridged fingernails, splitting down the center, dry skin, low energy and sore muscles? YOU probably have a protein deficiency. It's not "getting old" it's not eating enough and eating wrong. These need to be taken during the day. Not 15 all at once. Did not cause any stomach upset. I am sold!

The tablets are good but to get a good serving, 6 per day have to be consumed. I don't know what to say about this other than if someone wants a good protein source, eggs or peanut butter would be a better source to consider.

I bought this because I can't use protein drinks, bars (which taste terrible!), or mixes; it has to be in pill/capsule form. This was inexpensive, but, I hadn't checked the dosage: Six capsules for a single dose (i.e., the 200 pill bottle would last just over a month). That's way too many pills to take, even if I spread them across the day. And, after nearly half a month, I can't tell whether it's helping. So, given all that, I can't recommend this.

I was anxious to try this. I tried it as soon as it arrived. The reviews are correct! These are VILE. They have a very chalky feel and the smell reminds me of dirty socks. The taste is even worse. I can't put my finger on the taste but good grief-it is like eating something really old and spoiled.

This product‘s not what I thought it would be taste is really off, and I had to order it twice in order to receive the right product. I don't think I would recommend it to anyone.

They called protein tablets but have more sugar than protein. it would take me to chew 10 tablets in one dose to get the proper dosage of protein i need. IT'S LITERALLY CANDY!

I‘m so disappointed with this product now , the last two bottles got from bad to worse ( in the past the protein tablets were quite nominal ) but now they seem like they have pieces of small grounds of cement in each table - I want my family to be happy and satisfied as you want yours to be !
