Nature's Bounty® Co Q-10 200 mg, 45 Softgels

I started taking Natures Bounty Co Q-10 because my statin was making my legs cramp and I just felt worn down all the time. My doctor recommended trying it, and after a few weeks I could really feel a difference. The soreness eased up and I had more normal energy again. It's been a simple little pill that's made day-to-day life a lot more comfortable.

I take this daily to help keep my health improving. It is good for heart health. I am allergic to statins because of the Niacin, So this is an alternative that I have chosen along with a healthy diet. I am not medically trained so this is NOT medical advice. What I want to know, Walmart is why would I take pictures. You want me to take a picture of what ? Me taking the Q10, a pic of the bottle or of some medical review ? I don't get this part of the review.

It's helps me feel healthy! It does not have any bitterness or any weird flavors: it's neutral. The packaging is well sealed and the open/close system is also easy to use.

I was advised by my doctor to take Co Q-10 as I take statin meds. Since I started taking it, muscle aches and pains are reduced and my mobility has improved enough that I can eliminate naproxen on most days. I tolerate it well with no side effects. I recommend this product but advise everyone to check with your doctor before adding supplements to your diet.

Have been using consistently for 2 months... have noticed no difference whatsoever. I will give it 2 more months to be fair. No miracle suppliment here though, so far!
