Easy to swallow with water or anything. I take it to cleanse my liver. I take a lot of medication that is hard on the liver and kidneys. So I cleanse my liver by using milk thistle.

Treats liver inflammation.
Easy to swallow capsule. My cat and I share the bottle as we both have been dx with liver inflammation. It has removed the inflammation and now we take it for maintenance.

My strawberries were from a delivery order from Spark. I washed them well, capped them, and put them in a covered bowl in the fridge. The next day they had already started going bad. This is the first time that the strawberries have done this so I didn't make a big deal about it. I don't know what would've made them. Go bad just overnight.
