It definitely works, but what area it works on is a mystery. For me, it didn't work on my stomach, but it did reduce my face size. I see a lot of mixed reviews online. It seems to work differently for everyone, but either way, I'm satisfied because it reduced something. You really have to take it every day to see results.

I have only been taking this for about 3 days and the instructions to give it about a month. That is the reason for not giving 5 stars. I haven't had ample time to make decisions on the product.

Unfortunately I don't think 30 days of using a product like this is probably sufficient in making a decision about its efficacy. So bottom line is I think if I kept using this product I would maybe see results but since I haven't I don't want to spend the money to keep trying. I was of course hoping for abdominal fat loss and a notice increase in metabolism but I don't think that kind of “magic” is possible in 30 days unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the first two weeks I was down maybe two lbs and my belly felt a little flatter. I think it was just a good day though. I ate the same, but don't really eat poorly at all and Im super active not crossfit active but multiple half to one mile walks multiple times a day with my dog, plus I work in retail and do shipment most of the time and when Im home I rarely sit down. I was really excited for this product unfortunately for me it did not work at all. I also so many other people who received this product talking about energy and expected to feel energized, but I didn't think that was one of the benefits of this product. For me I had no energy boost if that is in fact what it may add. Im not sure if others were able to have a positive outcome with this product but I did not so, I would have to advise you not to waste your money. I truly wish I could say differently.

Once I got the okay, I took the product as directed, but have not noticed any benefits from taking it. I am on multiple prescription meds for several conditions, so not sure if that was a factor. But as the title says, not for me, but your mileage may vary.

I have been taking the product for about two weeks now… unfortunately I have not seen much of a change in my metabolism. The capsules were very easy to swallow and I had no adverse affects from it. No floating, gas, stomach aches, etc… I will continue taking the product until the bottle is gone as I know sometimes these things take time, but I have not seen any results yet.
