It definitely works, but what area it works on is a mystery. For me, it didn't work on my stomach, but it did reduce my face size. I see a lot of mixed reviews online. It seems to work differently for everyone, but either way, I'm satisfied because it reduced something. You really have to take it every day to see results.

This works great, plus adding it to a diet plan, I've lost 4 lbs in less than a week.

I believe it will take longer to see lasting impact. I.haven't had any negative responses. It has oranges and grapefruit also black ginger. Non GMO.

Gained weight taking this... and I was eating less so I thought it was making me less hungry and id lose weight... no i gained 3 pounds... eating less and taking this... im not sure if this is for people who work out all the time??? I go on a 4 mile hike about 2-3 times a week but my job is a desk job so maybe not for people who have intermittent activity??? Did not work for me.
