melatonin doesn't usually work good for helping me sleep. But these work good and I've consistently used them for over a year. i do take them an hour before bedtime.

I used to lay in bed for 2+ hours waiting for sleep to happen, but I have started taking these 20-30 minutes before bed and 9/10 nights I am asleep very quickly. Some of it might be the placebo effect, but considering these are 100% drug free and natural I have no problem taking them on a consistent basis. I enjoy gummies also so that doesn't hurt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only do I have trouble falling asleep but I also have trouble staying asleep. I tried these Nature's Bounty Sleep gummies. Two gummies is all it takes. I fell asleep within a half hour, however when I woke up to use the bathroom, I did not easily go back to sleep. This was after about 3-4 hours. This is actually pretty good for me so I anticipate these working pretty well for the average person.

Now I usually take the one that you put under your tongue and let it dissolve, but the gummies are my favorite now. I don't have a bitter after taste in my mouth after I take it and it is just so great.
