The best!
My body doesn't absorb vitamin D . I have tried prescription, liquid, and many others. My doctor was impressed. This is the ONLY one that works. Safety sealed and tastes like candy. No after taste. Highly recommend!

not a fan
didnt like the texture or flavor, I prefer gummies that are softer ... I got this because they were out of my SPRING VALLEY, next time I'll wait til my fave brand is in stock.

Hard to chew
I got these for my son and I and he doesn't like the flavor. They almost taste stale and are really tough texture-wise. I don't mind the flavor but we both prefer the texture of other vitamin gummies. On the plus side, it's decent for the price and the amount. Probably wouldn't buy again though
