I started taking these almost a month ago and would recommend to others. I have been taking turmeric and milk thistle (separately) for years. I've read about the benefits of artichokes & l-carnitine and have been wanting to add them to my regimen, but the idea of taking four separate pills (in addition to my daily prescribed meds) wasn't appealing. I like these because now I can eat two gummies instead (and I never eat gummies...supplements or candy haha). But these have a really tasty lemon flavor, but not too overpowering, which surprised me because turmeric is such a strong, flavor.

The gummies are not too soft and pack a great lemon taste with a slight undertone of turmeric (which I find to be a delicious combo). Besides that, It is great. My energy next day were a bit better. My body/ metabolism were work way better than normal and I could feel the different. Everything seems fine beside the taste. That is the only reason why I am not giving 5star. Work on the quality taste and I will give 100%
