I have been using the Kava Kava Complex for a couple of weeks now and I must say, "it works well". Using it to relax after a long day or I am needing a sleep aid without feeling drowsy the next morning I take 1ml and it is perfect for me. The only draw back is the dropper not being able to suck in a whole 1ml into the tube, no matter how much I try I can only get 1/2ml into it so I just take two 1/2ml's, which isn't a big deal, just giving an honest review, the end result is what really counts and it works great.

I'm usually hesistant to get any liquid kava product because of the aftertaste kava leaves on the tongue, but to my relief I did not encounter this particular issue with these drops. The drops are actually a bit sweet so I found it best to mix them in a drink or smoothie. I think the batch I got was particularly potent because I did not expect it to take the edge off with only one full dropper, so that was nice. I initially got them for sleep but now I carry them around for work as well because the calming effect it's so soothing. I'll be getting these again.

Tastes pretty good on it's own. No need to mix it with anything. Works pretty well for chilling out.

Did absolutely nothing for me. Didn't help me sleep, nor did it relieve any anxiety. Took the recommended dosage, nothing Took more than the recommended dosage, nothing. Flavor is no concern. Dosage dropper does not refill to full dosage, have to dip it twice sometimes.
