Such a great product!!
This was pleasantly surprising! I have taken a dose at bedtime for the past few nights. The taste is great, a light sweet flavor with hints of lemon. It does help relax you and make you feel more calm!

Best way to fall asleep and stay asleep
I have been using Organic Lemon Balm for about four months and wish I had found it sooner! It helps me fall asleep quickly with no after effects at all. The taste is pleasant as well, no medicinal or chemical taste. Strongly recommend this if you have trouble falling and staying asleep.

My gynecologist recommended this for my perimenopause symptoms. I was worried about the taste, but it's not bad at all! I do think it helps. I try to take 0.5, three times a day.
