I really liked these and need to order more! I bought them due to lack of energy and sex drive. And honestly, I was very happy with them. They gave me a boost in energy , but not like caffeine or other supplements advertised for energy. No gitters or crash. I just felt better. And i noticed a difference in sex drive.

The taste is very earthy but not too bad. There is value in the quality of the vitamin, I very much so appreciated the balance of placebo afterwards. All natural ingredients too, I did do my research and I'm happy with what was packaged! Very much so recommend !

I am at that age now where I suffer from hot flashes and night sweats. I have heard about Maca root helping with that, so I was eager to try i. I had tried a lower dose strength prior that didn't really work. These are easy to swallow, and they definitely have helped my hot flashes. I take mine at night before I go to bed, because it's easier for me to remember to take it at night as opposed to during the day when I'm busy and may forget to take them, and they have completely gotten rid of my night sweats. My daily hot flashes are not completely gone, but they are less severe and less often during the day, I figure the more I take them, the less and less I will have my hot flashes.

After a month of use, I didn't notice anything significant, so I decided not to continue. However, if you know you like maca root complex, this brand is a great value. The packaging is attractive with an easy open lid. I appreciate that the ingredients list is very short and straight-forward without many additives, but I did find that the capsules are a bit large for my liking.
