I think this supplement is helpful for men over 55. My problems were minor, but I believe this supplement helped me. I rarely get up in the night to use the bathroom.

Too early to tell the effects, but I've been taking it for a few days and hope to see some results within the 90 day period before I need to reorder. As far as I can tell all of the ingredients are vegetarian based which was a big plus for me and the main reason that I bought it. Athough the size is above average, I haven't had any trouble swallowing it when I swallow it with enough water.

I have had problems with my prostate for years and this product works better than anything else I have tried, even Dr prescribed medications. Also I had sarcoma cancer in my thigh prostate and almost all organs in my body and low and behold it was all dead after a few years of taking beta sistearol!!!!! Do your research!!!

I tried it out because I thought it would be different than stupid beta prostate, but apparently they pretty much have the same ingredients. and just like the super beta prostate, it seems to work best in unison with the "sal palmetto" supplement!

My husband says that he does notice a much steadier stream making for a healthier feeling bladder. He however does not notice a reduction in nighttime trips to the bathroom. He is very happy with his results.

The product does help some with the prostrate in frequent peeing. But it also has side effects that I don't like: a low-grade migraine that persist all day long, the bowel system gets clogged, and you just don't feel good all day long (can't explain it but you don't feel really awful and sleep because of it). If you have no side effects, then it should help. I hate frequent peeing when going shopping to stores during the day. But for me, this was not the answer. I discontinue using this.
