These work so well for me!! I take about 45 mins before I want to sleep -- and I'm out. But what I love the most is how I'm able to wake up early and feel totally REFRESHED...something that happens rarely - if ever - for me. Totally recommended!!! Planning to buy more.
As someone whose always had trouble sleeping these have saved my nights! They put me right to sleep and have me sleep soundly throughout the night. They also don't make me feel groggy when I wake up, as that is always the worst with most sleep aids I have tried in the past.
This has an amazing blend of the right herbs and really gets the job done. I take 2 capsules before bedtime. I would usually sleep for 4 hrs. But after taking these, I slept for 7hrs! I felt well rested. I'm happy with this product.
