Helps with energy

Menopausal hot flashes? These are your answer
I'm 83, long past menopause, But started having hot flashes A couple of years ago. My doctor's suggested these capsules twice a day. But after a few weeks of using, I took 2 capsules in the morning. And they did away with my hot flashes. I'm currently out of them and the hot flashes have come back. Can't be without them.

This is a good product and the mgs are higher up there requiring you to have to take less to dull the hot-flashes and night sweats. Which it does

Post Menopausal Symptom Solution
Great for post-menopausal symptoms! A regular dose is 40 mg, but that's way to small a dose to take care of most women's symptoms . This works just fine!!

seems to work.
it seems to work as good as other OTC brands like Rexall or Walmarts brand . The trick is in taking enough of tne 540 mg to help you not have the hot flashes. I still get the sweats on some nights and/or when nervousness seems to be a trigger for tjem,Im not a Dr so dont know the Why. These seem to help basically.

I have taken this for 3 months, its an OK product, I experienced a more dryness than I would have liked. This is good for someone with a mild form of menopause.

3 times a day, like what?
serving size is 1 capsule, however, it says to take 1 capsule 3 times per day. It would have been better to make it so you only have to take it once a day, 3 times a day is just too much trouble to keep up with.
