[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical trying the Alive! Women's 50+ Multi Vitamin but I'm glad I did. I've had problems taking vitamins in the past. They either upset my stomach or have a terrible aftertaste. I'm not very good at swallowing larger pills so I cut these in half and they didn't have that nasty vitamin taste! I was hooked on them. They have Orchard Fruits and Garden Vegetables in them which makes me feel better taking them.

The only problem with this is the size of the pill, would love smaller ones but with all this offers I'll deal with it..

A full list of essential B vitamins, lutein for eye health, magnesium, an added fruits/veggie blend, and the list goes on! No more separate vitamins for me; this multi is packed with everything I need and more. They're a decent size and easy to swallow, and they don't bother my stomach at all. Good ingredients. I like that you only need to take one tablet a day; I usually take it in the morning. What I noticed right away after starting these vitamins is a boost of energy. Well I gave the vitamins to my mom because it is for women over 59 years old, it has 19 different vitamins and minerals, supports a healthy brain, heart and bones I think is an excellent multivitamin my mom feels more energetic after taking it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This multi-vitamin from Nature's Way is full of tons of vitamins needed for women's health. I like that it has B vitamins as well as calcium. It also contains a powder blend of fruits and vegetables. The bottle is large and comes with 50 pills which will last about a month and a half. I did not like that the tablets contain carmine as a dye. I also felt that they are so large that they are difficult to swallow.

I have been using the 50+ Women's Multi for well over 5 years. They chose to remove the pink coating for some reason and they taste terrible. I won't be buying them again.
