Improving your health
The price was a bit much but overall it was the least expensive for the amount of tablets. These pills are large in a clear capsule and does leave a slight after taste. But you take with food so it minimizes it some. I sent a bottle to my son he eats with a banana so it goes down smooth. I would purchase again.

Good for allergies too
When my allergies were as bad as a cold I couldn't breath through my nose, I took a tablet to see if it would help. It opened up my sinuses beyond my expectations. I can breath again. It also tamed my cough. I wish I had taken it last night before bedtime. Well worth the money. That expensive cough syrup didn't help any.

Hard to swallow
May be a good source of elderberry, but these horse sized capsules are hard to swallow and have a bad taste, even in capsule. I do reluctantly take them, but I will not reorder.

Sambucus Nigra NOT listed on the bottle.
This is not "Sambucus Nigra"(scientific name) True, real elderberry. I bought 2 bottles and feel stupid!
