It has for sure helped with a huge bloating problem !!! My whole gastro system has become quite livable, things are so much better. Fermented foods (not in cans or jars) from refrigerated sections of grocery stores HELP more than you can believe. The fermented sauerkraut is delicious, hot or cold.

I have terrible stomach issues due to medicines and having a muscle disease, after taking this I am much better that I Don't have stomach pain as much and I'm more regular.

Very helpful when taking a round of antibiotics!
I use this probiotic when I'm prescribed antibiotics. I take one a day to avoid diarrhea since many antibiotics cause stomach upset. Always helpful!

This Nature's Way Fortify Probiotic is fantastic for daily gut support! I've tried a few probiotics, but the high potency of 50 Billion CFU makes a real difference. In terms of Effectiveness, I noticed less bloating and much more regularity within a couple of weeks—it really helped balance my digestion. The capsule is easy to swallow and requires no refrigeration, which is super convenient for my busy mornings. This is a reliable, strong probiotic that I plan to keep taking

50 Billion Live Cultures !
As with all their products, this Nature's Way offering is easily found on your groceries shelf, which is helpful when dealing with gut health and discomfort. Just look at the numbers, too - 50 Billion live cultures in 4 clinically-studied strains, this isn't your grandparents probiotic. Why now a 5-star ? The packaging ! It looks like a huge box, but it's 50% air in there….. 🤷♂️

If you actually find these typically there damage and you get no discount. I pay extra at the Vitamin Shop to receive better quality!!
