It has for sure helped with a huge bloating problem !!! My whole gastro system has become quite livable, things are so much better. Fermented foods (not in cans or jars) from refrigerated sections of grocery stores HELP more than you can believe. The fermented sauerkraut is delicious, hot or cold.

Just look at the numbers, too - 50 Billion live cultures in 4 clinically-studied strains, this isn't your grandparents probiotic. Why now a 5-star ? The packaging ! It looks like a huge box, but it's 50% air in there….. 🤷‍♂️
