Works just as it says. Price is a little high. Wish that I knew that you have to take it with plenty of water or you get heartburn. Excellent product!!!!!!!!!!

It also helps to keep your immune system in tip-top shape! The product does not have a strong smell like some other brands and the ingredients are very clean. One thing I really like is the clear capsules - you can actually see the oil inside, which makes it feel more natural and reassuring in terms of what you’re taking. That said, I’m not a fan of the smell, especially when I burp after taking it. The oregano scent lingers longer than I’d like. Like most supplements, this isn’t something you notice right away. It definitely takes consistent use over time to really feel or see any difference in your body. Overall, it has some nice qualities but the smell is something to consider if you’re sensitive to strong herbal supplements.

I tried taking them for only a few days because no matter the meal I had them with, I got the worst acid reflux and heartburn from these and hours later could still taste the oregano.
