This a very good K2 supplement. One reviewer seems concerned because the product contains carrageenan. Carageenan is one of the ingredients that make up only the capsule material itself. There is no carageenan within the organic K2 blend. To get any kind of negative reaction from the carageenan in the capsule material, one would be required to consume thousands of empty capsules to ingest an amount of carageenan that might be — might be harmful.

Dosage, ingredients and size with a reasonable price = good deal.

this is the drug i have been taking for a few years now. it really helps in the vitamin d absorption. my levels are always excellent on it.

I bought this a while ago and just recently started taking them alongside vitamin D3, and magnesium. I can honestly say it's helped a bit with my energy levels and overall health. I plan on reordering when these are gone.

Vitamin K2 MK-7 is known to activate 2 proteins: Matrix Gla Protein, and Osteocalcin. The first one is needed to help remove calcium from your arteries and organs, while the second helps it get into your bones. If I take one capsules a day and in 30 years, I would consume 10,680 capsules. Is that good for me? I plan to use this everyday.
