read the fine print on the label , this one is not synthetic cheap selenium , its made from yeast , organically bound ! a must for thyroid health - take twice daily with food . i know many people afraid from yeast , well only in some rare occasions there are some problems , most health people - this type of selenium is preferred .

I couldn't stomach even trying to get these into me, the small is overwhelming & I just couldn't handle it. Seemed to make me nauseous but that could be a mind over matter situation, I'm not sure. I only took these a handful of times before giving them away to someone else to try. Not for me.
