The best thing since sliced bread!!! Everyone who ahs an indoor cat would be happy to have one. Its been running since the day we set it up less than a month ago. No problems really except it registers when a cat leans on it and sometimes sets off cleaning cycle...which is not really a problem. New software upgrade works beautifully on the app. Highly recommend.

This is the best litter robot ever! My cats used to be territorial and pee all over the apartment despite two litter boxes and keeping them clean! This totally solved the problem! It’s cleaned after every use and my cats have stopped “marking” I don’t know why but this litter robot did the trick!

This is our second Neakasa and we absolutely love it. I bought a different litter bot last year, and it was a nightmare. It was one of the globe spinning ones, that kept getting stuck upside down, would need to be reset, and would need to constantly be taken apart and cleaned due to stuff getting smeared as it spun. This is such an upgrade, and even my older cat that refused to use the old globe one will use the Neakasa. It’s pretty quiet as well and hides the smell amazingly.

This is such a useful , life changing addition to my home, it's fabulous for the family and the pets. The aap is the cutest, tells you when you need to add litter, and when the box /drawer collecting the soiled litter needs emptying. The aap also records every entry into the box, which cat visited, what time they visited, how much time was spent in the box taking care of business, and what type of output was produced, ie, wee or poo. Excellent to keep track of pet's health and for anyone with a disability like myself, this magic machine helps me with a chore that was challenging to accomplish when I had the litter box that I had to sift through 3 to 4 times daily to ensure cleanliness. And of course the dust storm always present with the old method and the offensive odors are either eliminated, or at the very least, very much lessened. The cost is a few hundred dollars less than the Litter Robot, and that really helps those of us on a budget. The suggestions for improvement I would make are 1) make the litter area larger so the bigger sized cats are more comfortable and 2) make cleaning of the area where the litter resides easier; perhaps an automated clean cycle which exposes the underlying panels where litter is housed, and allows those underlying panels to be wiped clean. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have three cats and have been using this litter box for about three months and it's doing great. My cats are between 11 and 18 pounds and they fit great. I chose the open litter box to avoid them getting litter on their backs. This works great. The waistband is a great size with three cats. I need to change it about every four days. The design of the waste basket is in genius and so easy to change. The app also works great. It identifies the different cats by weight.

This is the only one my cat will use. Have tried another competitor that was twice as the price. My cat is large and will only use one with an open top The only problem is how it cleans. Some of the mess spills out behind the unit onto the floor because of how it rotates. It also can stop when the bin is full not allowing the cat access. If you set it up on the app and WiFi it will alert you when this occurs

Overall, it's an awesome self-cleaning litter box. I love everything about it except 1 thing, and that 1 thing, in my opinion, makes skeptical about keeping the litter bot. All the positives are that the self-cleaning works flawlessly, the waste bin is awesome, and I can go a whole week and then have to clean it out. A huge plus is the app. it's so easy to navigate. The only thing I don't like is that since the bot rotates front to back it cause a lot of dust and you can see the surrounding area start to build up a small layer of dust on top of it. So, I constantly have to clean off all my countertops because of the dust. And yes, I use the recommended litter, so I know that's not the issue. I would say that part of the design is not the best.

This is just a very large mess. I do mean large. They kick the litter out of the box and it flys in all directions. Wet pee sticks to the rubber. The holes are too large and it lets pieces of pooh to get through with the reusable litter. It's still not large enough for some 10 lbs cats. going back with litter robot

Received a Neakasa M1 as a Christmas gift. During initial setup, the unit was moved before first operation. On first power-on, it immediately enters constant beeping with all blue lights flashing, and the globe does not rotate. The globe locks move freely, the waste tray has been removed, and the unit is unplugged, but the globe will not lift at all, even when unlocked. The unit appears to be in a safety lock state and the globe seems mechanically jammed.

My order never arrived. I reached out to Walmart multiple times trying to get a refund, but I'm still waiting—meanwhile I urgently need the cat box I paid for. It's extremely frustrating to spend this much money on an item, not receive it, and then have to wait through delays despite being told the refund was already initiated. Very disappointing customer service. Amazon resolves these types of issues immediately, but Walmart has been anything but helpful.
