works very well easy to use
the directions say get someone to help cuz it's easier to have an extra pair of hands which is 100% correct. this works well and cleared me right up. also works great if you're trying to clear out from an ear infection or some sort.

Works Great
After spending $40. for an ear cleaning at my doctors office, I found this kit and decided to give it a try. It is easy to use and works well. My ears are clear and clean. Definitely a value compared to the doctor and the method was identical. I'm cleaning myself before my next doctors visit.

Amazing
Cleared my ears right up. I was completely clogged up couldnt hear at all out my left ear. I used this and it cleared up immediately.

The bulb that was included was more effective than the saline spray. The instructions were confusing and left a question unanswered.

Item was short several of the items depicted on the packaging. The saline spray was missing a nozzle, there were no ear plugs, collection cup, or wax removal tool.

Not Worth It - Don't Buy It - It Doesn't Work
Complete waste of time and money. Not at all effective. It removed exactly Zero Ear Wax. It's also extremely awkward to use. The instructions are lost in a booklet filled with every other NeilMed product, and the instructions are bad. I would like to return this for a refund but it's opened and used. Save yourself the trouble, try something else.

not worth the money.
there is no directions on how to put the top on the saline solution. the pressure in the canister forces the solution out not letting the cap stay attached and leaks all over. Little to no difference after using.
