NETGEAR - EX6400 AC1900 WiFi Mesh Wall Plug Range Extender and Signal Booster

This extender works really well. Took me all of five minutes to set up and I am now able to connect my smoker that's outback to the WiFi! I had it plugged up close to the router for the initial set up and then moved it to the other side of the house and has worked like a charm ever since!

This was a much needed purchase to boost reception to the driveway and backyard. It was on clearance so I chose this one over a cheaper option. My son set it up within 10 minutes. And I went outside to my garage which is about 50 feet away from the kitchen door where the device is plugged in. The signal was strong enough to watch YouTube videos. Just what our house needed. Thank you Walmart.

In the last month I have purchased 2 extenders. One was for an area I was told “could never get wifi.” After getting my system set up the new area does in fact have wifi capable of live streaming. I was also having trouble in a different building. With the good luck o had at my first place I thought why not try. I was able to watch videos and listen to music over WiFi in my second location thanks to NETGEAR. Would absolutely recommend for your tough wifi spots.

I am so pleased with this mesh extender. It definitely remedied my buffering issues. My grandson states that his PS5 is faster, and my ipad now loads pages quicker. It was a minor inconvenience to watch that spinning circle, but after discussing with both Spectrum and Altafiber technicians, an extender seemed necessary. This Netgear one is a good price, also. Setup is super user friendly with three easy steps, which is very important to this technology challenged older adult. I am not quite sure that I understand the difference between with or without mesh properties, but, per product research info, mesh is the better of the two.

Works great, within 10 minutes I had 2 of them paired. Al.ost a no contact setup, push the wrs button on the main router, then the wrs on the extender. Magical, IT WORKS. So many things you hope for a good setup, but 2 hours later you are still trying to get it to work. So nice to buy something and have it work as advertised. My wife kept having dropouts on her phone calls, now she can go anywhere in the house, full bars on the wifi around the whole house. I connected them to a netgear nighthawk router. Excellent buy.

We previously had a different technology, Wi-Fi booster in the house, and it worked pretty good. We were not aware of mesh Technology, we were advised by our internet service to utilize Mesh. I found this one online and we ordered it and our service throughout the house is wonderful now.

this is my 2nd system. 1st one had died on me. this one occasionally has the device light show red. I have to restart it to make it work again. I wish I knew why it does it. When I emailed the company on my last one they said it was probably a product malfunction. I hope it doesn't happen with this one again. other than that it works fine.

It took forever to connect to my internet and then it only worked for less than a month. Now it won't connect to my internet even though it says connected. I'm returning.

No options to set up besides all of the following: 1. Download/install an app 2. Make an account 3. Sign terms/conditions 4. Connect your phone to the extender as well I didst even want to bother with an app in the first place but then it would not finisb installation without requiring connecting my phone. Absolute trash and they're charging a premium price for it as well.
