The instructions were clear and easy My anxiety was up to a 34/5. Anyone whom I spoke to didn't know know anything about a router which really surprised me. I knew I was rusty but not knowing anything was a big surprise to me. Please understand I'm not knocking anyone I did forget if you have cable you have a router I forgot that little bit of information after being reminded about small tidbit I started remembering more about computers. I didn't work on any type of computer excluding my cell phone., in years. I was the tin Man for The Wizard of Oz I needed to oiled again lol After delivery and reading the instructions cards my anxiety left my memory is for computers is slowly coming back. This NETGEAR router works very well not hard to work with in fact I'm very pleased I

I've always used Netgear products, and this router is great, and a little on the cheaper side! I got lucky with my last one because I got it on clearance at Walmart at the beginning of 2020. Only paid $30 for a brand new almost $200 router! This one has been working just as great for us and was worth the money. It was very easy to set up, and we have had strong WiFi connection through the whole house. We are using it with our TMO home internet to supplement the modem and it's helped us have consistent speeds!

Was a little skeptical at first and had a little bit of problem with the setting up, but when I contacted the customer service, I was helped setting it up. Would definitely recommend. Hoping it will work for a long time.

I am very pleased with this router. I had an old netgear that I have had for many many years. I knew it was definitely time to change, as it was always showing not secure. I was able to keep my same password. It was very easy to install. Pleased with this router. I love Netgear.

ithad allot of Range I'll give it that but theyre a Billion Competitors I wanted something small that wouldn't take up space on the Table while it did meet up some Criterias this isnt the best by a Long shot but it was Consistent %26 if you Live in a Small Apartment or a House with Upstairs I guess its for you

this is unfortunate the 3rd item I have had delivered and the delivery driver constantly delivers my purchase to another home because they don't bother to read the lot numbers. need better delivery people!

It took 2 two hour phone calls with techs to get this item running. Now that it is it is pixilating pictures, taking forever to load things, I dont know what to do by myself. I had Netgear with my last one which worked well but I dont know what to do next with this one.

Day one, spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support. I have 20 Computer support experience, this is garbage that needs a PH. D tech to figure out the once simple Netgear setup. I've had a netgear wireless router for 15 years still works but traded it away, easy setup. This will fail most users day one, AV Firewalls will flag this crap software and make constant failures a daily occurrence. If you have internet, the router will block you and you cannot access the router if the internet is down. Rocket science wizards really worked hard to fowl up a once great brand. DO NOT BUY!!!!

There is absolutely no reason setting up a wi fi router should be this complicated. They put a slip of paper inside the box telling you to download their app and it doesn't work, so you end up having to call customer service and they straight up tell you that the app isn't compatible with something or other so that's why it wasn't working....... then why even put the slip of paper telling me to download the app in the box in the first place?? They should just put a slip of paper in the box telling me to call them for set up. It just makes customers mad right before calling. I feel bad for their customer service people having to deal with that daily.

This has to be THE WORST router/service/company I have ever dealt with %26 I hope people read this before they buy it %26 save themselves the hassle. Absolutely horrible it kept losing connection every time I called their technicians I was on the phone troubleshooting for hours for it to just stop working the next day. I will NEVER buy another netgear product go find you a TP Link router works GREAT!
