New Best of Bodies in Motion

I lost about 25 pounds over one summer 20 years ago by doing Gilad's workouts. After trying Jillian Michael's videos, TaeBo, etc., I wasn't sure whether Gilad's "The New Best of Bodies in Motion" would still even be challenging compared to these others. I was wrong. Not only is it more challenging than I remember, it is so much more effective, even without weights, because Gilad's exercises are designed to allow you to target areas of your body that you choose to focus on. Some of the others' routines tire you out in general and strain your joints but don't seem to actually bring noticeable changes in muscle tone. They focus more on being hard and tough and over the top. I love Gilad because he slightly but frequently changes each exercise to keep the routine fun and interesting without becoming distracting or too difficult to follow. I don't do the straight 70 minute video; I switch the segments from day to day and do between 30-50 min per day. This is more than worth the money!

This is a great DVD and I know from experience that if you stick with it you'll definitely see great results! I exercised to Gilad's energizing shows when they were televised years ago and was delighted to see his workouts on DVD. I bought this DVD with no hesitation!! Like years ago, I am enjoying every minute of the workout!!

This DVD is in sections. You can just do the aerobics part, or the floorwork part, or both. Gilad works everything! Arms, Abs, Buns, legs, everything. You'll definately feel it the next day. The scenery is beautiful, and Gilad won't let you get bored. He challenges you to stay with him.

If you are looking for a great intense body workout...Gilad will take you there. I like this variety non-stop aerobic workout!!

It jumps from show to show to get what is wanted for this video, but that lets you rest.

Eventhough the DVD was brand new & still sealed, it was very badly scratched. i do not think that you can return DVD's so i am out of my money but as far as the DVD it self, I love Gilad. All of his workouts are awesome & you get great results no matter what your age. He targets every part of your body. I have been with Gilad since the 80's. I skipped the scratched part & use the DVD daily.

There's a bit too much repetition especially when it comes to the ab workouts
