This iron supplement works better than anything I've ever used before. As someone who is chronically anemic these iron supplements are able to quickly bring my levels up to a regular level. After using these with such great success in my pregnancy I recommend these to all of my pregnant friends. I was able to avoid iron infusions by supplementing with the new chapter fermented iron. These supplements are great because they are highly absorbable, local and don't have any of the negative side effects of typical iron supplements (constipation or indigestion). I can't recommend these enough.

Thank You New Chapter!! I finally found an iron supplement that l can take without any digestive problems. Kudos to the person or team who created this particular iron supplement. Prior to this supplement, l had tried three other brands that were labeled easy on the stomach. Not for me, l was not able to make it through a whole week without giving up because they made me so sick. I have a history of GI issues, so l have to be very selective what l put into my body. By the grace of God, l came across these, and as a last desperate effort, decided to give these l try. I was pretty much about to give up and just live with being anemic. But l really didn't enjoy being tired and fatigue either, which l discovered is one of the symptoms of being anemic. I didn't have high expectations with this product, so l started off with a half of the pill by splitting it. I didn't have any issues, so l plunged in and took a whole one the next day. The only side effect l experienced for a few days was a little burning sensation in my stomach, which l contributed to possibly the peppermint, turmeric and ginger in it, which are all good ingredients for digestion. So l stuck with it and now l don't even have that issue. I feel better and not as tired. I haven't been on them too long, so looking forward to the results later on down the road. I like that it is from salmon as well. Right now l am only taking two capsules instead of the recommended four a day. No issues with them.

I have had iron deficiency anemia for several years; and was always instructed to take iron pills. I complied with the treatment for just a couple of weeks due to the usual side effects of iron pills and went back to feeling tired and weak. Until just for the last 3 - 4 months, my doctor recommended this brand of iron pills and so far I have finished 2 bottles and almost done with my 3rd one! I feel energized, strong, and no negative side effects like my old iron pills. I strongly recommend this product.

I don't eat a lot of red meat and am almost 60 now so know I need a good source of iron. Most other iron tablets upset my stomach, but this one is so gentle - it doesn't bother me at all! Very happy with this product!
