I had a noticeable difference from splitting, weak nails to stronger nails with almost no splitting. I took about a month of taking these to see the difference. My nails are actually growing and looking nice and healthy. I have been on these regularly about 3 - 4 months, my nails were really bad so I think it took some time to regrow to a healthier nail. I actually noticed it worked when I stopped taking it when the bottle was finished. My hair lost the thickness and shine it had gained and all my nails broke. I re-ordered and literally within a few weeks I noticed a huge difference. I have tried many products for thinning hair and this is by far the best.

I received the vitamins on 01/23/2021. I had been sick and unable to take them for a while. Once I started to feel better. I opened the package of vitamins and they expired in less than 2 months. I could take them for one month and had to throw out the rest. This is definitely bad business. You would think that at least you would have one year before the vitamins expired, not with this seller. I ordered vitamins from Amazon and they do not expire until 01/24. This incident here with this seller, makes you really appreciate other sellers who still believe in integrity and not just a quick buck!

I've been taking this vitamin for the past three months. I see no results. I'm losing more hair. My skin and nails show no change. I like the brand and take three other supplements. The oonly result I got was taking these five supplements made me less tired throughout the day. I'm sad to say but I'm in search for another brand. Cost is not the iissue. I'm sadly disappointed.

I ordered a 60 day supply of supplements and they expired in the month I received them. I tried to contact seller both by email and phone with no reply or answer. Will not order from this company again.
