Love this new phone. The service of ATT Prepaid was also exemplary and made a long time customer very happy! Also shopped at ATT store, and got some great stuff at a great price.

This is the best phone ever. It has 32 gb of storage space on it. Allowing you to install a lot of apps. It also charges fast & the battery life lasts a long time. I just love this phone!

Bought this for my 15 yr old step daughter. She seems to like it and enjoy it and I've heard no complaints from her. She recently dropped it, with a case and screen protector and it actually cracked the screen. My advise would be to get a good quality case or protection plan.

So far I'm enjoying the new phone. I thought it might be difficult to get use to. I've only had a few smartphones and I'm not so good at figuring it all out. However, this is very easy to understand the instructions, and it works just as it says. The size is perfect, I like that it's slim and very light weight. It charges quickly. So far, so good.

I rate 2 stars because this phone has odd way of answering the calls - I need to swipe green icon up while the phone rings - but I can't make it work most of the time and I have missed most of the calls and I get 5 rings and try to swipe up repeatedly. For some reason swiping down to reject the call works every time from the first or second try. I use this phone mostly to make and receive calls so I can't comment on other features if there are any. It came without any instructions. Maybe instructions would explain why I can't answer the calls or maybe it's defective because rejecting calls works. On the bright side it charges fast and has pretty decent camera. Size is large for my hand but it's easy to see and type when texting.

It says that the phone is unlocked. I gave it to my mother and when it arrived in my country the phone did not work and she has had many problems with the phone, because it is not really unlocked. I do not recommend it if you are interested in this fact about it being an unlocked phone.

Bought the phone as unlocked, that's how it was advertised. They sent me a locked phone and now I cannot use it internationally with removable SIM. Highly disappointed in the deceptive advertising.

you will not get the item described. It says UNLOCKED, but instead I received an AT%26T prepaid sim card in a LOCKED phone. this was useless and had to return.

in the description it says it's an unlocked phone when in reality it is locked. not only that but they want you to pay to unlock it.

this is listed as unlocked, however it cannot be unlocked, and any attempt to do so is blocked. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEVICE!!!
