This is a well-built grill if I do say myself since I had to assemble it. Assembly was touch and go as sometimes directions were unclear. Some experience in assembling is recommended. The nut sizes listed on the parts list did not always match the tool size needed, but a minor inconvenience. I only became enraged twice during the 2 hour experience. But the finished product was sturdy and tight, as well as attractive.
We purchased this as a gift for our son and his fiance, who are getting plenty of use from it. They had no real issues assembling it, but said it took both of them to hold some parts evenly in place while it was being bolted together and tightened. Absolutely no problems with performance or cooking ability. They both love it and have hosted several cookouts since receiving it. Overall, this was a good buy for a couple just starting out or even a small family.
Me, myself, and I put it together never thot I could but the directions were pictures and I can do pictures. Men directions are sooo misleading so very happy it showed each piece and named it and each picture showed what it should look like and I am very satisfied with my beautiful grill. However I don't want to set it on the deck in this 18 ° weather. Can't wait to get the charcoal going and taste some great smelling meat off the grill. I bot it in case the winter ice and snow took down the electrical lines like it did several years ago and I was left with no electricity for 3 days. I will never forget that ice storm.
This is the perfect Grill for a small family. It was easy to put together. It's looks how I imagined it. It looks just like the picture.
box came with a hole in it. all the screws were all over the box not in the pack they were supposed to be in. the whole grill is too much work it has so many pieces.
Like the other reviews say, the screws are out in the box which is time consuming and are not all there.
Just started up The grill. The plastic is comes with for the side to open it to let air in are melting off. The paint on the grill is also melting off. First day using it and it's melting things that belong on it and it is making the black paint break off. This is insane
I was sent a used grill with dried grease still stuck to the hood and the bottom of the grill from the person that returned it. First red flag was there were loose screws all over and not in the secured packaging. Was so excited for this grill too.
Started to season it and paint started to chip, the plastic piece to pull out charcoal literally melted off. Could be user error but still not worth the money.
It came in with missing parts and tools were not included and it's hard to put it together without missing parts and I would not recommend this product to anyone
