Great product if you don't mind a 'Niacin Flush' for about half and hour if you take to much.

Appears to be a quality product. Take with food or you may experience the niacin flush. For me an unpleasant but short lived experience anyhow, potency is there

Dont take supplements yourself,i took niacin b3 because supplements like niacin b3 show warning signs as fast as possible by the body.red skin, rashes on skin.it is not for self prescription.

I have to tell you that this product does give you a flushing effect.. First time I thought I had skin allergy because my whole body flushed.

This is the first I bought Solgar product (B3 and B2), I have tried a month but every time I experience the serious skin rash and sometime dizzy. I thought the symptoms will go away after a while but actually not at all. So I am not too sure should I keep taking it or throw to the bin...
