Love my trash can. Still trying to figure out how to put my bags in the right way, because there's a way that it's suppose to push the trash down. But I love not having to touch the can to dispose of trash

I feel like the batteries died very quickly. There's an on/off switch on the lid but it seems redundant to have to turn off my automatic trash lid because I can't plan out specifically when I'll need to throw away something, I prefer it just work to my convenience. I don't even use it how it was intended due to the inconvenience of having to replace batteries. Maybe I'll try turning it off to conserve battery when I go to bed but again just inconvenient for what I expected from it

LOUD and flimsy. I've had this item for a few months snd had to replace. The basic function to open and close works, but the top doesn't close well so you smell the garbage and the whole house hears every time you pass by or open/close the top (ignored by the manufacturer/seller when I bought this closure issue to their attention). the opening is small so you have to position a dust pan extactly over the opening or else there's a mess and because The sensor doesn't like dust or garbage, the top remains open thinking there's an obstruction. ANNOYING for the busiest room in the house (note to manufacturer). The bag holder is a joke and cracked within a month.

tried ro return because i received 2 and was charged for 2 2 weeks and 2 requests and no communication. Thats why I will only shop amazon in the future.

I left a message all most two weeks ago about your product being defective and crickets! Your website said 48 hours for a response! But it's been almost two weeks!

This trash can is NOT pink! It is Peach in color…. I was very disappointed once I received the trash can in the mail. The Sellers description of this product color is incorrect! The return process is a hassle. The seller sent me partial return address. And they did not spell check the response email they sent me. Very unprofessional! If you looking for a pink trash can, DON'T Buy this one! You will thank me later….
