with this coffee maker there is low maintenance and up keep vs a keurig. the price of the two products cost about the same but i honestly feel like you are getting more with the Ninja. i love that almost all the parts can be removed to be cleaned. we had a keurig elite for about 2 and half years and it started acting funny. i would always change the filter and descale as the directions recommended and like any customer buying an expensive product you take care of that product to extend the life of it. at any rate we bought another one just the same. but the life of it was still running the same roughly about 2 and half years and i dont know about anyone elses experience with this particular keurig but in my opinion a coffee maker should last longer than just 2 and half years especially for the price that you pay.

This is the best coffee maker we have had so far. We have tried several different brewers and end up returning them for one reason or another. We like that this one is tall enough to accommodate a large travel mug for kcups and also has a carafe. The pod dispenser is removeable for easy cleaning. There are a couple of different models, so if you want the one with the hot water dispenser, you need the 301 model. They look almost identical, and we bought the one without it not realizing the difference.

So I bought this cuz I really wanted the pro. And on the box it said pro. The normal price said $198 and when I scanned it the price was $179. So when I got it home it said CFP300 and I was like crap its just the dualbrew. But to my surprise it really was the pro. So far I really like it. I haven't tried the hot/boil yet, I love how the the coffee tastes.

Overall, I love this machine. However, it spews halfway through and at the end of the process. Mainly on the iced option. It makes a mess but I am still trying to find a remedy for this! I love that it does both hot and cold though!

Great coffee maker. However, I’m giving this 3 stars because in less than a year the sliding lid won’t seal correctly and therefore can’t brew coffee. $33 dollars to order and ship replacement part and that was with a discount code for first-time ordering directly from Ninja. So, parts aren’t holding up. I expect better for this expensive a machine.

There's no "Keep Warm Function" offered on this Ninja DuaBrew Speciality Coffee System, Model CFP300, as displayed on the box and as noted on the website description. After reading numerous other products features the "Keep Warm Function" was one of the main reasons I purchased this product. In fine print (info description) on the owner's guide: Intelligent Warming Plate (Not available on all models). Please note this disclaimer is not listed on the box - it was not noted until the product was brought home and depicted on the owner's guide. Thus, very misleading!

I bought this due to the dual feature, but we use the K-cup option the most. If you like coffee grounds in your coffee then you will like this machine. I am not happy with this machine. If I could get a full refund I would! I have cleaned the machine several time to see if that helps but it never does.

Receive the Ninja Duel Brew; however it is missing the instructions, the scoop and the paper filters. I hate to return it, but don’t know what to do

Awkward design. Really liked the other Ninja design better.. We like the frother. However, unless you purchase a permanent filter, paper filters don't drain properly. The company replaced the basket after callng and sent a permanent filter, but now something else is broken after 2 months. Delivered Sep. 10. Here it is Nov. 10 and it beeps reporting the water container is not attached properly. Cannot get it to work. Can't figure out how to get the protection plan service.

Everything I use the kpod attachment it spews grounds everywhere and won’t drain into my cup. What does drain into the cup is full of grounds. Can’t find a resolution online and have used it according to the specific included directions. It has been this way since the fist cup. Have owned 2 weeks
