I love the ease of the one tank to fill for both the one cup feature and the full pot. Easy to use. The rich brew just makes my morning brew delicious and then in the afternoon the cold brew is a nice treat. I love my other Ninja brand appliances and this one did not disappoint.

We have owned MANY drip coffee makers, but none have come close to the convenience and brew quality of this Ninja DualBrew. It is so simple to operate, flexible, and versatile. We LOVE the removable water reservoir - it makes brewing a pot of coffee so easy, unlike many other brands we have owned. Coffee - whether it's by the cup or pot (hot or iced) comes out smooth and delicious consistently every time. The handy coffee scoop attached to the side of the machine couldn't be more helpful. This is a superior product, and we will never use anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my new Ninja Dual Coffee maker. This Coffee maker is very simple and easy to setup. Just plug in and do a first cleaning with a water only and then setup the timer and choose your daily fresh coffee. My favorite part is that you have a fresh coffee every time and you can use ground coffee or pods. You can choose from 3x different styles, classic, rich or over ice. My favorite in the morning is the rich. You can use 4x pod sizes and 9 ground brewing coffee options. I love to program my coffee in advance to have my fresh coffee every morning or just press brew and enjoy your delicious coffee at anytime. I have never tasted better coffee. I can't wait to drink my ice coffee during hot summer days. This coffee machine is very easy to clean, empty the water container and coffee ground container or pods. Definitely recommend to all coffee lovers.

We have had a drip style coffee maker for the past 4 years, same taste for 4 years. Its coffee, so why did we need to upggrade? I read all the reviews and couldnt understand why people were saying their coffee tastes better with the Ninja, so i took a chance, besides its just coffee, right? Unboxed it, and unwrapped all the plastic from it, set our familiar drip coffee maker to the side, and followed the directions and ran one pot of nothing but water through it, now its ready to brew. The first pot was as perfect a pot as you could ever want. Our coffee tasted so much better, i had thought we switched the beans. Same beans, a whole new taste. Its amazing. And so fast, our old machine was about a 15 minute brew time, this one, a full carafe in 6 minutes. I haven't tried the cold brew setting yet, but i have tried the classic and the rich settings. The difference is a more full bodied brew with the rich setting but the classic is ggood for me. I did purchase the permanent metal filter and its a must have, it really brings outy more flavor from the coffee and easy to clean. This is a must BUY if you want to boost your coffee game.

I have had no problems with this coffee maker, it works great with on single mode or full coffee pot.

This coffee maker has been perfect for us. We needed a coffee maker with a carafe for when we have guests, but we've been making due with a keurig for many years. This is the best of both worlds! lLooks %26 works great! Absolutely no complaints - we love it.

I love it! Very easy to use.

We have owned this machine for about 2 years. It is functional and easy to use and makes coffee quickly.... BUT... it has a few flaws! When using a pod (with the pod holder inserted) it spits coffee outside the cup on to the counter! I use a tall cup and it spits! I use a shorter cup on the pull down ledge and it spits. 2nd flaw: It is very difficult to clean the water container. The gasket (?) inside the container at the bottom gets green...as does the small corner next to it. Using the cleaning cycle does nothing to alleviate it. There is no way to clean the green stuff.

I looked at this so carefully and it was great having pod and drip sadly my drip dosent work The reason I bought this for the kcup and drip and really sticks that the kcup dosent work really wish my kcup would work I have tried every kcup that out there and sometimes when the coffee drip it's not hot so disappointed wish my coffee. Machine worked

My old Ninja stopped working and wasn't covered under warranty. So I purchased a new one, it arrived yesterday and upon washing it prior to using as the instructions recommended the carafe completely shattered and cut my husbands finger. This will be the last time I purchase a Ninja. Two coffee makers in two years and both defective.
