I wanted to hate this. i ordered the $50 model that was "in stock" and they brought this out with an upcharge. i walked in and saw they had what I ordered, but I didn't have the time or payience thatvday to deal with customer service. I accepted and moved on. I'm happy I did that. the wider mouth cup and the stronger motor is night and day better than the previous unit that the cup blender attachment stripped out. the timer is great vs previous just holding down the button. the on/off method it uses to blend smoothly is phenominal. as someone who blends a preworkout protien smoothienevery day, this was worth every penny. i would reccomend AND buy again...hopefully not for a few years at least though. Far and away the "smoothest" results I've gotten. Tip - dont fill the cup up all the way and allow the smoothie to "rise" while this blender works. It will produce a much better product.

When I was looking for a machine to make smoothies, as per my ability to only eat a delicate balance of things, I looked long and hard. I finally settled on this one, and it’s been absolutely perfect! So easy to both use, AND to clean, unlike other blenders. Always a nice, smooth consistency, and pretty much pulverizes everything you put in! So, not a lot of prep before using.

I’ve never used Ninja before… having used Vitamix (over priced) and Magic Bullet (under powered). I am very pleased with the price and power of this Ninja … thanks Walmart !!!

It does exactly like its supposed to do. It is a powerful machine, and it crushes ice and frozen fruits. Like I said, it is powerful and something this powerful will make substantial noise. It doesn't take much time until it's done. I can stand it for several seconds or a minute or two. It's going to get the job done quickly. It pulses, it does it all. I recommend this product highly. You won't be disappointed. Looks great on the counter too.

I gave this product 5 stars for its ability to blend effectively and quickly. Previous blenders would not liquify the frozen fruits of my smoothie requiring multiple blends before my smoothie was ready. Now with one blend I have a wonderfully tasty smoothie.

I use this ninja blender every day to make my smoothies. it takes up very little counter space. I just put ice, fruit, protein powder and milk into the 24 oz. cup and press the smoothie button and the blender pulses for a minute and I have a perfect smoothie with no lumps or chunks. the only complaint I have is I would have liked a 32 oz cup also

Love this Ninja blender!! I previously had a Magic Bullet (that magically survived for 5 years) and it did a terrible job blending my frozen smoothies, it was such a process. The last smoothie I made with the Magic Bullet, it died mid-blend and left me with frozen banana chunks, gross. I knew my next blender had to be a Ninja. It's kinda loud, in my opinion, but it blends in less time than my old one would so I think it's a good trade-off. I got it on sale but I think it's worth full price!

I'm not sure how they got this one so wrong! The extra long blade section makes adding frozen fruit very tricky and annoying. You have to work extra hard moving the pieces around to the sides to be able to shut it even at the proper fill line. It's fruit which is not perfectly shaped or level and it's even trickier because once it hits liquid the cubes stick together. It takes a great deal of liquid to make this blend. I had to keep opening it back up and adding more liquid and stirring it. The intuitive blend is also annoying because it took SO long to get one smoothie done. I'm used to a self-performing 30 second interval to protect the motor and give it a little shake if needed. I got this when my favorite personal blender broke down. It wasn't perfect but it did a great job of breaking down things like oats in a protein shake. This one did not. The biggest issues I had though are the bulky size and LOUUUUUD motor! It is SO, incredibly loud and for what? Very disappointed.

The unit buttons don’t work, after I trouble shorted it per manual. Nothing just straight lines flashing. Followed all instructions for use, still nothing. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend this item at all. I’m returning it asap. I think it was a return cause power cord was sticking out of packaging when I went to unpack from box. That should have been a hint right there.

It broke on the third use. Can’t put the blender cup in to actually blend anything. I see no obstruction la but it won’t push down and turn to actually start the blender. Junk.
