Nintendo Switch 2 Console with Mario Kart World Bundle, 256GB, Multicolor - BEESKB6NA

First of all, I am solely a Nintendo player. I don’t have other consoles or a PC. So I knew what I was getting into and of course for me personally the console is already five stars. It was shipped via FedEx and I received it in three days, no signature, but I was waiting by the door so everything was OK. The console box did not have a tape seal on it, which initially was alarming, but there was also no sticker residue anywhere. At first, I noticed there was no game card, but then I saw that on the inside of the box there are instructions saying that in order to download Mario kart you have to set up your account and then go to the E shop. Once I followed the instructions, the game was able to be downloaded. The reports of stolen game cards are false because there is no game card. Walmart, customer service and Nintendo customer service cannot do anything, because as I stated before there is no game card in the bundle. So as long as you thoroughly read the box you will be fine.

I haven’t opened the package yet cuz it’s supposed to be for my son’s bday gift, but I wa truly impressed that the delivery was as quick as the day itself!! I ordered this item in the morning and it arrived that afternoon right away!’ Soo impressed and sooo happy that it was readily available and ready to be shipped and handed over to my house!! FOR ANYBODY FREAKING OUT FROM THE REVIEWS SAYING THERE IS NO CODE > Just read the box and look up which version of the bundle you are getting. There is one MarioKart Bundle where Mario appears in a Circle in the top right hand side, that one includes a physical code card. The other MarioKart Bundle (the one I received) has a MarioKart border at the bottom of the box. This border says, "FULL GAME DOWNLOAD," "To be downloaded on included system. See inside panel for instructions." When you open the box, on the bottom panel. you will see instructions clarifying that when you start the switch, connect to the internet, and open the eShop, you will be prompted to download MarioKart. I was really stressed after seeing so many reviews where people stated their code was stolen, but they were posting images of the bundle I received. Looks like there are some people not reading or not realizing how the download works. I included some photos of the version I received with NO PHYSICAL CODE, as well as the instructions for download. There was some slight damage to the Switch box, but the Switch itself is all good.

Pros: •Bigger Screen •Vibrant 1080p HDR looks incredible •Joycon 2 feel great to hold • Magnetic Joycon are much better •Mouse mode works incredibly well •Lots of potential for future games •Eshop loads much faster •In fact everything loads MUCH faster •256 gb storage for me was enough Cons: •Battery life not long (2hrs in MKWorld) •Lack of NEW launch games •Basically Same UI, no Nintendo charm •Speakers weren’t as loud/clear as I like Overall the Switch 2 is pretty amazing. The new joycons are incredible, the way they snap on and off is something I didn’t know I needed, and the bigger size is a much needed upgrade. The screen looks amazing and is bigger, which is very nice. The mouse mode is surprisingly great, and reminds me of the Wii days. The cons I mentioned were mostly minimal, and I see this console as an investment in future games, as it will definitely be getting some amazing games in the future, you just gotta wait.

Buy the Nintendo Switch 2 thinking it would be sealed and have everything inside but it had no seal or lock and could be opened easily, it also needed the download code, what's the point of paying more for the console if it doesn't come with the download code?

You're actually asking me to rate what your system/app had shown me to have had it in stock, allowed me to place a purchase order for, with a 'next day delivery ', but then decided not to actually have it in stock? Seems pretty gnarly, man. Launch had tons of leftover stock for all the big retailers, but suddenly it all mysteriously evaporated? Very suspicious, if you ask me.

Never received the bundle, wasn't home to receive it and it showed delivered at a time that I wasn't at home. No picture or text message was sent! Now I have to go through 1-800 Walmart call to get this resolved it's going to take 10 business days! This was meant to be a gift for my nephew for his birthday. Very frustrated!

After I bought it, and you charged me, the order was delayed because the website lied and let me purchase despite them being sold out. And you haven't refunded me. I'm down $********* and the website says it's too late to cancel, so I just have to wait and wait until you eventually decide to ship me one from somewhere.

The Switch 2 is excellent. If you like your Switch, you'll probably like the Switch 2. It's a little bit bigger (and harder to hold) and old games like Mario Kart 8 look great--sharper images, better colors. I also like the screen size for mobile gaming. I assume this is the only potential downside. For example, my wife has smaller hands and still prefers the original Switch paddles and size compared to the Switch 2. However, the game's download code was not included in the bundle. I have contacted customer service twice now since the system arrived on Monday and have not received any word or updates on the issue. I specifically got the bundle because I wanted Mario Kart World. With no obvious way to create a ticket, it's hard for me to tell if the problem is still being addressed by customer service. I was very excited to get a chance to order the system from Walmart since it's very hard to get at the moment, but very disappointed with the response to missing the code.

I ordered a Switch 2 Mario Kart bundle. What I received in the box was only the plastic stand for the console, everything else was missing. 2 different Walmart stores refused to take the return (saying I had to talk to Walmart.com). I have called Walmart.com customer service three separate times and have not been able to get a refund processed. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM WALMART!
