not sure what makes it the japan version but its a good system and for a really good price

First of all - they did a fantastic job cleaning it, it has no scratches, great packaging, etc. But it's obviously used. No sticker on the screen when I took it out of the box - Nintendo always puts a sticker on the screen - and the box and box inside the box were easy to open, because they had been opened before. With a new switch / switch lite, it takes brute force to get the thing free. It also doesn't smell like a new switch lite. So it was sold as a “new” item, and it is not new. Secondly, you used to be able to get a switch lite list price for $199, and you can't get one for that price anywhere anymore. Everyone is charging more (for everything). However, I knew all of that was what I was in for, and I'm just thankful it's in good shape (visibly). I really have wanted a pink switch lite for a long time and they were sold out every time I went to buy another console. So I'm super happy to have it before they skyrocket in price and they're all in bad shape. I do recommend this seller as they did an excellent job making this switch like new, but I had to take off a star because they claimed it was new when it's not.

The reason for my rating is that I received a Japanese version of the product, which I wasn't expecting. All the instructions are in Japanese, and the included 30-day trial for online gaming is restricted to the Japan region. Had I known this in advance, I wouldn't have purchased it. U.S. versions typically come with a 30-day trial that works here, and I feel this should have been made clear in the listing.

It is not working with the switch game cards

I never even received my item whatsoever I payed for it even said on the app that it was delivered to my door and I never got it whatsoever than when I called to see what the problem was it was just brushed off basically and the seller never answered the phone or emailed me back very very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend ordering anything from Walmart or any of the sellers they use .

DO NOT BUY THIS ITIEM,ALL THE SUDDEN IT JUST SHUT OFF AN WOULD NOT COME BACK ON,SO NOW WE HAVE TO SEND IT BACK HAVE NOT HAD IT NO LONGER THAN TWO MONTHS.
