Niobe Clematis Vine -Deep Ruby Red - Majestic - 2.5" Pot

I had never bought a Clematis vine online so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I decided to give it a try since these are one of my favorites. To be very honest when I unwrapped my very small starter I was very disappointed %26 doubtful. But I gave it some TLC, repotted and placed a trellis inside to help give it support! Needless to say, it’s sure thriving and doing fantastic! I’ll definitely buy one or two more different colors! I’m really looking forward to seeing beautiful blooms! It’s made a lot of progress since it arrived the first of February, as you can see! Delivery was right on time, as promised!

The Clematis came quickly. It was only a few inches tall, but I planted it immediately and within two weeks it was 12 inches tall and now it has already began growing on the trellis. I cannot wait till spring to see its color.

I was very surprised on how well my plant had been packaged. It was very healthy and with vines already starting. Planted it and it's really taken off.

There were no growing points visible but good roots. I hung in there, potted it in a 6 inch pot, and after 8 weeks or so I got a new sprout from the roots. Now it looks great. It was worth a shot for the price.

These poor plants did not survive shipping. Both were not salvagable, died w/in 1 week. Looked unhealthy as spon as pkg opened.

They sent me a plant with approximately 3/4 of an inch stem with approximately 4 -6 itty bitty new growth leaves on it. I sent them numerous pictures of it and they required me to ship it back in its original box and pay for the shipping myself before refund or replacement would be considered. There is NO WAY they did not know exactly what they hand packed and shipped to me. I planted it anyway but the leaves are turning brown. DO NOT purchase from this company.

I purchase live plants every year from various merchants, I would not purchase from Hirt’s Gardens again. Plant stem was broken in half. All the growth was above the break. Emailed seller inquiring about refund or preferably a replacement and received no response. Basically threw $20 away.

If this plant survives I will be amazed. Good roots , leaves look wilted . Plant is about three inches tall.

One looks dead, no leaves. The other has a few small leaves but very small and very fragile vine. I doubt either will live . 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
